This sometimes happen, which is beyond our control.Therefore, please check if the mails accidentally go to your Junk folder.
You can also contact us directly to check if the payment go through, we will liase with ShareIt and also check our database.
If in our Members Area database, shows your record, which indicates that the automated mail has been sent to you (to the email address you use during purchase). Therefore, pls check the mails on your side. Sometimes the mails goes to the Junk folder or Spam folder, so please check your mailbox.
For successful purchase, you should expect 2 mails :
(a) from ShareIt which provide the download link of the software
(b) from SocketMail which entails the access to Members Area and other useful information
If your purchase is unsuccessful, you should receive an email from ShareIt informing your transaction been unsuccessful.
You may also want to do a self test to check if your transaction is successful and we have created your record in the Members Area but somehow you fail to receive email notification from us or from ShareIt. The steps to do a self check is as follow:
(b) At the "Quick Help" section, click on the "I'm an existing customer, I've forgotten both the login and password access to Members Area" link
(c) In the form, select the SocketMail product (Lite or Pro) you have purchased and fill in the information as required on the form
(d) Click on "Submit" button
Our system will check if your record exist or not.
