- Please check that you have defined the catchall account and its mail server correctly. Check this in Webmaster Admin > Domains > ..click on the domain..
- If you are running the fetchmail mechanism as 'cron' or 'pipe', ensure that you have done the necessary settings.
- If you defined the fetchmail mechanism as 'normal', check the catchall definition again.
